Thrive Path

In May 2024, during a visit to a local women’s support center in Singapore with my mom, I observed the need for a platform where underserved women could acquire skills essential for achieving financial independence through employment. Hence, ThrivePath was created to bridge the gap for underserved women who aspire to achieve financial independence but lack access to practical resources and career guidance. With more research, I realized that many existing job and skill platforms overlook the unique challenges that underserved women face—such as limited career awareness, low confidence in resource-searching, and minimal support for overcoming workplace bias. By providing personalized career assessments, practical resources, and a space where new job opportunities are regularly posted, ThrivePath addresses these specific needs.
This platform is more than just a resource; it’s a supportive space where women can unlock their potential, build purposeful careers, and feel empowered on their path to independence.
I have led SheThrives to partner with that local women’s help center in Singapore to create a platform tailored to supporting and empowering underserved women on their career paths.
Now in the development stage, ThrivePath provides a variety of resources and a welcoming community. It includes self-assessment tools to help women discover their strengths and career interests, along with curated resources for skill-building and professional growth. Women from the support center are already testing ThrivePath and giving us invaluable insights to enhance its effectiveness. With its official launch just around the corner, ThrivePath is set to deliver accessible career support and community-driven empowerment to more women!
